Following the release of Pixel 5a in the US and Japan, Google has again kept fans excited by releasing an unexpected teaser of Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro on its MadeByGoogle Instagram account last month.
The trailer features the Pixel 6 display, coupled with the center hole punch and Android 12’s Material You widgets designed in unique style. Compared to the earlier Pixel 6 video leak showing off Material You design, it is not too different.
Though a launch date is yet to be announced, fans speculated that it could fall on Tuesday, October 19 when looking closely at some of the clock widgets, according to the 9to5Google.
A widget also showed a time of 9:30, which could either hint the actual device announcement date or simply the launch time. This point is a bit confusing.
Previously, Google also stated that the phones will be launched “later this fall”.
It also announced that it is working on Android 12 Beta 5 for some of the best Android phones and its full release will arrive “in the weeks ahead”,
In the past, the giant also released Pixel phones in late September and early to mid-October, so that the October 19th date definitely seems convincing
